Because every Studio Beyn piece is handcrafted, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the product and packaging.

Returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or incorrect items are not available.

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
